International Business Communication™ — The Professional Communication Lab
8 Weeks · 250,000 Rwf · Graduates & Early-Career Professionals
“By Week 8, you don’t just speak good English. You communicate like someone trusted with responsibility.”

The Professional Communication Lab is an 8-week authority transition for graduates and early-career professionals who already speak English — but are not yet taken seriously. This is not an English course. It is a simulated professional environment where you write emails that get responses, produce reports that get funded, navigate workplace power dynamics, and pitch solutions to real decision-makers. You leave with a portfolio, a video record of your performance, and a communication identity that matches your ambition.

Required English Level: B2 or above. Upper B1 by approval only. This course is for people who can already communicate in English — but need to communicate like a professional. Instruction is fully conducted in English in a simulated workplace environment.

8-Week programme structure
Week One
Professional Foundations
Hybrid AI mindset: you supervise AI, not use it. Email autopsy — diagnose and rebuild your last professional failure.
Week Two
Strategic Emailing
Channel discipline: when email, WhatsApp or Teams? Five-email professional suite with AI prompt logs and strategic rationale.
Week Three
Institutional Reporting
How directors actually read. The 90-second test. Rwandan institutional writing — the unwritten rules and subtext.
Week Four
Data-Driven Reports
STAR-E accountability framework. Spot-the-evasion workshop. Fix vague AI output with evidence-backed professional language.
Week Five
Career Architecture
ATS simulator for your CV. LinkedIn live audit. Before/after showcase — from listing responsibilities to proving value.
Week Six
Oral Fluency & Phone
High-pressure simulations: venue crisis call, vendor conflict. Emotional control, solution framing, tone under stress.
Week Seven
Workplace Protocol
Power dynamics, digital etiquette, HCR model, DARN minute-taking. Rwandan professional protocols — with live simulation.
Week Eight
The Final Pitch
Pitch Night — 5-minute solution pitch to HR managers, Directors and Founders. Best pitch wins a recommendation letter.
